MobiClear Card Security

With a MobiClear-secured credit/debit card, your customers can stop worrying and start spending. Their card may look the same as usual, but it's a whole lot more secure.

That's because MobiClear lets them establish a spending limit - and every time they make a purchase or cash withdrawal that exceeds that limit, MobiClear will immediately call up and request their 4-digit code to approve the transaction.

Or your customers can also pre-approve upcoming purchases (for instance while waiting in line at the supermarket) by calling a designated number and entering their pin code.

The end result is that no one but the owner of the card can use it for significant purchases, even if the card number is copied or viewed online. The minute someone else tries to use the card, the owner will get a mobile phone call and can deny authorization.


MobiClear On/Off Card Security

Giving your customers control is a key part of creating security that works.

That's why we offer MobiClear On/Off Card Security. It lets customers switch off their credit/debit cards when they aren't using them, and switch them on when they want to make a purchase.

The result? When a card is off, it is completely valueless so your customers don't have to worry about it being stolen.


MobiClear Internet Banking Security

Online banking is convenient and cost-efficient, but security breaches can cause significant losses both for banks and customers. However, with MobiClear, you can offer guaranteed security using a quick and easy procedure.

When users log into their accounts, MobiClear calls their mobile phones to request their 4-digit pin codes. Once logged in, transactions proceed as usual - but on completion, users receive a second phone call to confirm their transactions using their pin codes again.

Why does this work so well? Because it creates a second layer of authentication that surrounds your own system of security. So even if a middleman or Trojan horse gets hold of your customers' banking codes, they can't transfer money out without knowing the MobiClear pin codes. Since our system works on a completely different network, this kind of theft is virtually impossible.

As 3G services become more common, video-banking is emerging as a new dimension of telephone banking, and this requires new protection against theft.

With MobiClear, customers can easily place video calls from their 3G mobile phones, and then confirm their identity by entering their 4-digit pin codes. This logs them into the video banking facilities, where they have access to account information, bill-paying options and more - all presented via interactive video.


MobiClear Mobile Account

With a MobiClear Mobile Account, users can use their 3G mobile phones to transfer money to another mobile account holder, make deposits or withdrawals, or perform other financial transactions right on their phones.

Here's how it works: the customer simply dials a designated number, and MobiClear checks that the call is registered to that particular mobile phone. Then the customer enters his or her MobiClear pin code, and takes advantage of an interactive menu of voice messages, video and text.
