Mr. Balamurali has been a director of Whitefields Capital Limited since July 2009. He served as the acting CEO and business development advisor of Radius-ED Limited from October 2008 to June 2009. From February 2007 to October 2008, he served as the Managing Director of SmartConnect Global Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of Smart Communications Inc., a Philippines corporation. At SmartConnect he established Smart's presence in Singapore and facilitated Smart's entrance into the GSM communications and satellite broadband markets. From August 2001 to January 2007, he was the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior VP of ACeS International Limited, where he was responsible for market entry into complex markets such as China and facilitated the strategic partnership between ACeS and Inmarsat. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School and is also a chartered management accountant (CMA).

Mr. Jao served since 2007 as the managing director of Whistler Technology Services, which provides local support for the trading system of the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation and operates a data center providing proxy services for a U.S. client. He also has served since 2007 as the President of Credit24 Finance Company Inc., a consumer micro-credit provider, and as a non-executive director for Cranium e-solutions Inc., which provides services such as transcription and data conversion in the medical, legal, entertainment, and financial industries. From 1999 through 2007, Mr. Jao served as a managing director of Computershare Technology Services Philippines Inc., which provided front-end trading systems to equity brokers in the Philippine Stock Exchange. Mr. Jao has a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.

Ken Telford comes to us with an immense and esteemed background in international accountancy, ranging from financial consulting services to managing several established corporations, as well as being a founding partner of two accountancy firms. He was also a former partner of one of the Big 4 International Accounting and Auditing firms.

Successful management of companies in the competitive financial industry, including those dealing with environmentally friendly energy and eco-sustainable technology, has brought Ken many achievements in his field.

In the past eight years, Ken has brought his accomplished skills and practices into the payment industry. Being both a CA and a CPA, his expertise has been invaluable, especially in international payment processing and remittances.
